Lalu, perlu meningkatkan kapasitas struktur dan manjemen ajudikasi administrasi terutama peningkatan kapasitas majelis atau personil majelis pemeriksa dari sisi etos, phatos dan logos serta mendorong realisasi badan penyelesaian sengketa pemilu agar adjudikasi sengketa pemilu terintegrasi dan terkonsolidasi dengan baik dan optimal.
