Undang-Undang RI Nomor 23 Tahun 2002 tentang Perlindungan Anak ditetapkan guna melindungi hak-hak anak sesuai harkat dan martabat kemanusiaan, serta mendapat perlindungan dari kekerasan dan diskriminasi.
