Hermeneutika Penafsiran Ayat-ayat Kalam dalam Tafsir al-Manar

Manusia merupakan subjek dalam memberikan makna dari setiap teks, wacana ataupun symbol sehingga ia mampu menerjemahkan realitas dan fenomena melalui konstruksi dan cara berfikir yang dasarkan pada ceriminan dari sebuah system interaksi dari sebuah perwujudan realitas. Kemampuan manusia mampu berinteraksi dengan symbol dan atau hasil dari sebuah kebudayaan membuka peluang pemaknaan dan tanggapan yang berbeda antara sesama manusia yang tidak menutup kemungkinan terjadinya perbedaan pendapat. Kemudian, perbedaan pendapat disebabkan oleh bangunan atau tinjauan metodologis yang bersumber dari pengarang itu sendiri, teks dan pembaca yang dikondisikan oleh situasi historis. Ibarat ‘irab dalam ilmu nahwu (gramatika bahasa Arab) akan berubah-ubah tergantung pada situasi historis (‘amil) yang mempengaruhinya (memasuki). Sebab itu, situasi histori dan mitologi turut mempengaruhi makna, baik ditinjau dari pengarang, teks atau pembaca. Lalu, bagaimana konsep pemaknaan kaitannya pada teks suci, dalam hal ini al-Qur’an. Penafsiran al-Qur’an dengan hermeneutika tentunya memiliki batasan-batasan sehingga tidak absurd dan tetap terjaga keluhurannya sebagai teks suci. Tidak sepuasnya seperti Roland Barthes yang mematikan pengarang (the death author), atau Derrida dengan dekonstruksinya memberikan ruang kebebasan imajinasi tanpa batas sehingga makna terkesan ganda dan bisa jadi saling bertentangan. Sebab itu, penerapan konsep hermeneutika dalam al-Qur’an mendapat beberapa tanggapan dari para intelektual muslim, baik yang setuju ataupun tidak. Namun, dalam bingkai alasan yang sama, yaitu kehati-hatian.

Is there anything more important for a child than learning to read? Well can you imagine what it would be like if they couldn't read? You can appreciate that their entire future depends on being able to do that very thing and do it well We tend to take for granted that our children will learn to read because most native speakers learn to do it naturally without ever knowing that it even happened, let alone how it happened. However, keep in mind that those who read well, consciously or unconsciously, understand that the alphabet is not just a series of letters put together randomly, but is in fact a code.
