Längst hat der Trend zur Personalisierung die Unternehmenswelt mit Wucht ergriffen. Unternehmen werden immer stärker anhand der Personen an ihrer Spitze beschrieben und bewertet. Besonders den CEOs großer Unternehmen kommt somit eine Schlüsselrolle in der Unternehmenskommunikation zu. Das Buch erörtert die Gründe und Auswirkungen medialer Personalisierung und untersucht in Fallstudien von DAX30-Unternehmen, wie das Kommunikationsmanagement mit der zunehmenden Personalisierung umgeht.
