The book Istiqbal-e-Imam Mahdi (Welcoming the Savior) is a compilation of authentic supplications in Arabic language with Urdu translation. The 255 pages book takes the reader to the heights of spiritual excellence, cognizance of God, love of infallibles, and clarity of one's life goal. It has three parts; part-1 tells about the belief about a savior who will fill the earth with peace, justice and prosperity. In Christianity and Judaism, Jesus Christ is believed to be the savior while he is popularly known as 'Imam Mahdi' who will be accompanied by Jesus Christ to establish the Kingdom of God on earth. This part also mentions how other religions believe in some form of a savior. Part-2 reproduces the excellent supplications narrated about or by Imam Mahdi (peace be upon him), which are famous for solving variety of problems facing men and women in today's world. Some additional supplications are included in Part-3 and appendix, which help in making an individual, physically-fit, mentally-free, psychologically-satisfied and economically-well-off so that he may become a productive part of struggle for goodness on earth with deep love for humanity and great hope from the future. Humanism and Protestantism in Early Modern English Education

This volume is the first attempt to assess the impact of both humanism and Protestantism on the education offered to a wide range of adolescents in the hundreds of grammar schools operating in England between the Reformation and the Enlightenment. By placing that education in the context of Lutheran, Calvinist and Jesuit education abroad, it offers an overview of the uses to which Latin and Greek were put in English schools, and identifies the strategies devised by clergy and laity in England for coping with the tensions between classical studies and Protestant doctrine. It also offers a reassessment of the role of the 'godly' in English education, and demonstrates the many ways in which a classical education came to be combined with close support for the English Crown and established church.
